EU Legal Guarantee

Last updated: 7 October 2026

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can rely on their legal guarantee rights when goods do not match the contract or do not function as intended. Where a lack of conformity exists, the seller is responsible for providing the remedies required by law, which may include free repair or free replacement and, in certain circumstances, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries may provide a longer legal guarantee period under national law.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods

  1. Contact us as soon as possible and describe the issue.
  2. Keep proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Important: The EU harmonised legal-guarantee notice is subject to an official prescribed design. This page provides the relevant consumer information and links to the official EU source; the prescribed notice should be displayed prominently in the online sales interface.
