In which order should I use the products?
Cleanse, hydrate, moisturise. The Ceramide Barrier Night Cream is an extra step for the evening.
Which products contain fragrance?
The Sensitive Skin Moisturiser is fragrance free. The Sensitive Skin Oil-To-Milk Cleanser, Double Hydration Boost Gel + HA, Ceramide Barrier Night Cream and Acne Spot Care contain fragrance (Parfum). The Barrier Routine therefore includes fragranced products. Please check the full ingredient list on each product page before choosing.
Can I use the products on sensitive skin?
As with any new skincare product, we suggest trying a small amount on a small area first. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or known allergies, check the ingredient list or ask your doctor.
Where do I find ingredients and certifications?
On each product page, under Details and Ingredients.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 2 business days. Standard delivery then typically takes 4–7 business days, Express 1–3. Standard shipping is free on orders over €59.99 (about 450 kr); below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.
