Where we ship

Our available delivery destinations are listed at checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot currently accept delivery orders to that destination. Contact support@wrapvine.com if you need help checking availability.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Orders are prepared within 2 business days. Standard delivery then typically takes 4–7 business days; Express delivery 1–3 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders with a subtotal of €59.99 or more (shown in your local currency at checkout). Below that amount, the exact shipping cost for your destination is shown at checkout before payment. Express shipping is always charged at the rate shown.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are prepared and dispatched through our production and fulfilment partners. You will receive tracking information by email when tracking is available.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. If an order is delayed, we will assist you as soon as reasonably possible.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
